Workouts that fit my schedule

I love that Abi records her workouts either live or prerecorded so we know exactly how we should be doing each lift/ exercise. This makes it easy to hop on the live or fit in the workout on my own schedule. She also gives alternative solutions for those who may not have weights, bands, etc. This makes it so easy to do the workouts almost anywhere! I always feel a “good burn” after Abi’s workouts and get sore with some more than others (No pain, No gain…am I right?!)

Hey there, it's Abi Hager here, and I'm pumped to share a bit about myself with you!

After diving into the worlds of Kinesiology and Biology for my bachelor's and master's degrees, I knew healthcare was my next stop. Now, I am a Physician Associate (PA) and personal trainer.

But here's the real deal: I've seen firsthand how lifestyle choices can make or break our health. That's why I'm all about empowering women like you through exercise and nutrition. It's not just a passion, it's my superpower!

The workouts are great! They always get me sweating but they aren't to hard that I want to give up on them, which is normally my problem with workouts. I love that I can do them throughout the day but if I don't know an exercise move I can watch the lives to find out how.

Monday

Day 1: Legs
  • 10-15 min cardio warm-up

  • back or dumbbell squat 3x15

  • front foot elevated lunge 3x10

  • wide stance goblet squat 2x20

  • staggered step backs 2x15 each

  • straight leg RDL 3x12

  • banded leg curls 3x10

Day 2: Back
  • 15-25 minute cardio warm-up

  • Narrow grip lat pull down 3x12

  • Single arm lat pull down 3x10 each

  • Bent over dumbbell row 3x15

  • Bent over dumbbell flys 3x12

  • Squatted cable dumbbell row 3x12 each

Wednesday

Day 3: Glutes
  • 10-15 minute cardio warm up

  • Staggered step banded squats 3x12

  • Banded side steps 3x20

  • Glute bridge 2x25

  • Branded body weight hip thrust 3x20

  • Seated abduction 3x15-20

  • Reverse/decline hip thrust 3x15

  • Clam shell hip thrust 3x20

  • Straight leg kick back 3x12 each

Day 4: Chest
  • 15-25 minute cardio warm-up

  • Push ups 3x8-12

  • Landmine/banded press 3x10-15

  • Floor dumbbell press 3x12

  • Floor dumbbell press 3x12

  • Single arm palms up dumbbell raise 3x10ea

  • Cross chest hammer curl 3x12

  • Run or jog (25-45 minutes)

  • Elliptical (45 minutes)

  • Stairmaster (30 minutes)

  • HIIT workout

    • 10 Burpees, 24 jump squats, 25 mountain climbers, 20 split squat jumps, 10 push ups, repeat 4x AFAP

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I get added to the group after purchase?
    Using the email you provide, we will send you a notification via Facebook to join the group as soon as we can!
  • Do I need special equipment for the group?
    We recommend getting a small pair of dumbbells and a exercise band.
  • What if I don't have Facebook?
    To get the most out of the group we recommend you make a very basic Facebook account for the sole purpose of getting into the group. We are working on introducing a non-Facebook, web-based option in 2024!
  • What if I need to cancel?
    You will need to email Abi (abi@fitforeverything.org) within 15 days of the next billing cycle to cancel your subscription.
